Our Department's purpose is to serve the District and the community by establishing, developing, recognizing and retaining a quality workforce for the education of our students. We are dedicated to providing quality and timely service to our community with integrity, fairness, sensitivity and reliability.
 
The East Valley School District has over 360 employees, which include over 200 certified staff and 160 classified staff members. District offers our certified staff one of the highest paying contracts in the Yakima Valley along with some of the lowest class sizes in the immediate area.
