Child Nutrition Eligibility & Education Benefit Application is replacing the Family Income Survey.
The Child Nutrition Eligibility & Education Benefit (CNEEB) Application merges the free & reduced-price meal application & family income survey. Through submission of the CNEEB Application, households may qualify for:
- Summer EBT benefits (if enrolled in a NSLP/SBP school),
- Reduced fees for other programs and activities, and/or
- Help secure other educational funding your child's school.
If your student has been directly certified because to participation in an assistance program you do not need to complete the CNEEB application.
*Note: Only complete one survey per household
If you have questions about completing the application please contact the Teaching & Learning department & they will be happy to assist you. You may contact Sheri Martinez at [email protected]
