Each year, two Crystal Hop winners are recognized for the positive impact they have had on the lives and futures of East Valley students.

Goals:

• Reward excellence in East Valley Schools
• Encourage creative, quality instruction
• Encourage the development of a positive learning environment
• Encourage excellent employees to remain in the district
• Contribute to the improvement of education for East Valley students
• Foster community connectedness with East Valley Schools

Who is eligible?

This year we will acknowledge two winners, one certificated staff and one classified staff.

(Note: Nominations previously submitted may be resubmitted. Previous winners are not eligible.)

What do the winners receive?

Certificated and Classified Crystal Hop winners will receive: 

• $1000 cash award
• Up to $1,000 applied to a professional development of the winner's choice*
• Crystal Hop jacket
• Crystal Hop trophy
• Framed certificate
• Invitation to Crystal Hop Celebratory Dinner
• Recognition during employee's appreciation week
• Name engraved on the hop plaque which will be displayed at each winner's school for one year
