Special Education
The East Valley School District Special Education Department is committed to ensuring that all students with disabilities in East Valley are provided access to their Least Restrictive Environment. This ensures that ALL students in our district have access to ALL educational environments afforded to those without disabilities.
A continuum of services is available to ALL students with disabilities based on an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team decision focused on the needs of the individual student. These needs are carefully considered, based on data, and are the result of a team of professionals and the student's parents, and the student when age appropriate.
